• Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Schedule and coordinate cleaning appointments based on client needs and staff availability.
• Provide detailed information about cleaning services, packages, and pricing.
• Process service orders, amendments, and cancellations accurately.
• Follow up with clients after service delivery to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Assist with billing inquiries and payment processing.
• Collaborate with the cleaning and operations teams to address client-specific requirements.
• Maintain and update client records in the company's CRM system.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to meet client needs.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM tools, or similar platforms.
• Good computer skills, including MS Office and email.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
