• Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and checklists to ensure consistency and quality.
• Use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Communicate professionally with clients, addressing any specific requests or concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of clients' homes.
• Manage time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled appointments.
• Report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Provide exceptional customer service, creating a positive experience for clients.

• Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Good time management and organizational skills.

• Basic understanding of cleaning products and techniques.
